How do I manage my subscription?
Go to your account page at sofabrain.com/account and choose 'Manage your subscription'. From there you can upgrade or cancel through our secure Stripe billing portal. Self-service plans without API access can be cancelled at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Accounts with API access have a written notice period before renewal; see our Terms of Service.
What is your refund policy?
You are eligible for a full refund if: (1) Your request is made within 7 days of purchase, and (2) You have not generated any images using our platform. To request one, email us with your subscription details. Please refer to our Terms of Service for complete details.
What can I do with SofaBrain?
Turn listing photos into branded listing videos, stage empty rooms and fix photos with our virtual staging and photo tools, redesign interiors and exteriors in the design studio, draft listing descriptions, and add our image and video tools to your own product with the Pro API.
How quickly can I see results?
Image renders are generated while you wait in the studio or photo tool. A listing video takes longer: you can leave the page while yours is made, and it will be waiting in your video projects when it's done. Videos are quality-checked automatically before they're delivered, so there's no review step to wait on.
Can I make listing videos on my account?
Listing videos are in a limited release, so video creation isn't enabled on every account yet. Email us at hello@sofabrain.com to ask about access.
Is SofaBrain suitable for professionals?
