What does a credit buy?

One balance covers everything. A listing video is 30 credits with up to 6 generated scenes, and each extra generated scene is 5. A photo edit is 1 credit. A moment version of a delivered video, like Open house or Just sold, is 4, or 7 with new narration. You see the exact cost before anything is made.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes, on the Studio, Pro and Business plans: credits you don’t use carry over to the next month, up to one month’s allowance, while your plan is active. Annual plans receive their credits monthly and carry them over the same way. Credits on the other plans reset at the start of each billing cycle.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for 10 months and get twelve, so 2 months are free. Your credits still arrive every month, and we email you 30 days before the yearly renewal.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. Change your plan or turn off renewal any time in Account → Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

What if I run out of credits in a busy month?

Add a credit pack from your account in a couple of clicks, or move to a bigger plan. Nothing is charged until you have seen the price.

I’m on an older SofaBrain plan. What changes?

Nothing, unless you want it to. Your plan keeps its price, and its credits work for everything, listing videos included. You can move to Studio, Pro or Business any time from your account.

How do I pay?

At a secure checkout, by card or a payment wallet when one is offered for your device. Prices are in US dollars, and the total you see at checkout is what you pay.
