Can I start from a plan elevation or a sketch?
Yes. Choose sketch to render in the design studio and upload the sketch, an elevation or a view exported from your 3D model. The results are AI-generated concepts, so check them against your plans before buyers see them.
What files can I upload?
Image files. To work from a CAD drawing or a 3D model, export a view as an image first, then upload that image.
Will the render match the plans exactly?
Not always. AI results can change details such as a window or a roofline. Ask for less change to stay closer to your source, and compare each render with the plans before you share it.
Can I stage a finished spec home?
Yes. Virtual staging furnishes empty rooms in one of 5 styles, and multi-view staging stages up to 4 angles of one room with matching furniture. Label staged photos and keep the originals.
Can my sales team share the renders?
Yes. Share a link to a render or download it. Subscribers can keep renders private, and new renders start private for them. Renders made on free accounts are public.
